New management methodologies for your contributions

For several years, Prima has simplified the renewal of your contributions through tacit renewal in just a few clicks.

Today, we are going even further with new automated management options:

1/ The sending of an automatic email X days before the end date of the contribution

(maximum anticipation, your members are informed in advance)


2/ The sending of an automatic email on the day of the end of the contribution

(practical and immediate, your members are notified in real-time)


Although less effective, these automatic notifications are a simple and quick alternative if you no longer wish to generate your contribution requests.

You can now activate an option that will automatically update the status of your subscribers (Active / Resigned) based on their current contribution lines.

This option will greatly improve the maintenance of your database and save you time-consuming tasks.
