The performance of software is only of interest if its use is optimal. This is why Prima places great importance on training both in terms of the use of applications and their configuration.
Our company being QUAPILIO certified (PDF Doc link), your training can be covered upon simple request to your OPCA. Our accounting department is at your disposal to assist you in these procedures and to define your adapted educational pathway.
Continuing Education
Our Golf and Restaurant contracts include 4 hours of distance training each per year to best support you in developing your skills. They are perfect for allowing you to explore specific management points or to discover new features. This mini-training is available upon simple request from our customer service and can be broken down according to the audience to be trained.
Beginner Training
On-site or remote, we offer training on the fundamentals of the products to help you start using Prima confidently. Whether you are a new customer or a new employee, this training will provide you with the necessary elements for a successful integration.
Specific Training
Are you a regular user of Prima? In the same way, we offer refresher training or "a la carte" courses on topics you choose to meet your needs. These trainings can take place remotely or on-site, combined or not with another type of training.
