Launch Version NF525

The new NF525 version will change part of the presentations of your documents. You will find the complete details below:

In PrimaDesk > General Settings > Nomenclature, I invite you to check this information, especially the legal mentions.

To guide you, the tooltip to the right of the legal mentions reminds you of the mandatory mentions.

---> Control Product Families (mixed/goods/services)

The NF525 now requires the definition of the type of line between service provision (service), sale of a product (goods), and combination of both (mixed) on each of the invoices.

By default, PrimaShop is therefore associated with Goods lines, PrimaGolf with service lines, and in PrimaDesk > General Settings > Product Family > You can customize the type for each family (services by default).

---> Choose an Invoice / Quote / Grouping presentation

The invoice templates have been updated. Some fields/presentations can no longer be customized, and we took the opportunity to simplify the configuration of these pages for you. You will find the customization functions in PrimaDesk > Print Settings > Invoices - Quotes - Statements > Invoice Template. Note that the invoice formats are now common between PrimaDesk and Primagolf.

During the overhaul of this module, we took the opportunity to separate the presentation of invoices and the presentation of summaries (grouping) of invoices.

---> Update of the cash register ticket presentation

In the same way, your cash register tickets are now standardized to meet the requirements of the NF525. However, part of it remains customizable, especially regarding the footer mentions.

---> Overhaul of Quotes

In the same way, your quotes have been updated to comply with the new regulations. We took the opportunity to add the ability to add Proshop products to your quotes.

The customization of this format is also limited, but you can find the customization functions in PrimaDesk > Print Settings > Invoices - Quotes - Statements > Quote Template.

---> Addition of traceability logs

The NF525 requires the addition of complete logs on the tracking of modifications made at the checkout, ranging from simple line deletion to closing times. You can find access to this new report in PrimaDesk > State and accounting transfer > NF525 Tools > Archive Edition > [Request Admin code] > Display audit file events (JET) > Choose the period.
