Change FTP service provider

Our service provider, who hosted the update module and the file backup module for the institutions, unfortunately suffered a ransomware attack last month and shut down its services to protect all its clients.

A month later, the situation unfortunately still not having returned to normal despite their efforts, we decided to change service providers to allow you to return to normal day-to-day operations. The new update now incorporates this.

Please note, the first closure may take a little longer than usual as it will resend all documents from the beginning of the outage.
