License and Loyalty Order

🧾 Ordering FFG licenses from Prima

It is now possible to generate the order for your licenses directly from your Cash or Contribution Management screens.

⚙️ Product Configuration

In the Back Office (PrimaDesk)

1. Go to Products and Services → Access the product file.

2. Search for the product(s) corresponding to the license.

3. In the central options, enable External Order and then select FFG License.

In Subscription & Membership (PrimaGolf)

1. Go to Call Settings → Period and scale of contributions → Scale of contribution supplements.

2. Search for the license product(s).

3. In the central options, enable External Order and then select FFG License.

💳 Unit Sale

For establishments selling licenses directly at the cash register, the order is now integrated into the cashing process:

1. From the Cash Register, select the license product.

2. Choose the customer's name (in case of multiple sales, repeat the process for each customer).

3. Select the payment method and proceed with the cashing.

4. After payment validation, the software automatically opens the FFG order interface.

🗓️ Please note: during the end-of-year periods, you will be asked to confirm the type of license.
Check the customer's information and then validate: the order is then automatically processed.

📦 Bulk Sale

For establishments managing contribution calls including the license, the process differs slightly:
it is the operator who chooses the opportune moment to generate the order for the licenses.
We recommend waiting for the first payment before launching the order.

Procedure:

1. In Cash & Membership (PrimaGolf) → Other Functions → License Tracking / Loyalty.

2. Select the desired license type.

3. Check the relevant financial year.

4. Search for and check all collected licenses for which the order has not yet been placed.

5. Click on Order FFGOLF to generate the order for the selected licenses.

🌍 Golfy and Swiss Golf

These features have also been adapted for the ordering of Golfy cards and Swiss Golf licenses.

⚠️ Important: in both cases, ensure that the license and/or Golfy numbers are correctly filled in the customer file before launching the order.
