Adding new features for managing families on member profiles

In light of the diversity of new family structures and the complexities of payment methodologies, we have launched a new way to consider the connections between the records.

As a reminder, until now, when you created a family, all calls/invoices from the participants were attributed to the head of the family in order to create a single contribution account.

This system implied that the entire family had the same formula dates and that all invoices were paid by the head of the family (notably via a staggered payment).

We have therefore added the option to link records (“linked records”) without having to group contribution balances.

This new feature allows you to create connections between records, for example, for a couple who wishes to pay their own share. Thus, they will no longer be under the family format, but as linked records.

Each member of this grouping will retain their own balance, with their dates and types of packages. You will be able to switch from one record to another with a simple click, just like with a family.

We have also grouped the management tools for families and linked records through the use of the little pencil on the right of each panel.

A simple click on the panel thus allows you to manage the Record/Family connections.
