A simplified booking process

Several changes are to be noted on this window:

• The player number selection buttons have been positioned at the beginning of the window.

• As soon as you select more than 1 player, a new icon will appear. It will guide your choice on the selection to make:

  1. If it is not checked: then automatically, the software will reopen a page to make a nominative reservation for each participant.

  2. If it is checked: then the reservation will duplicate the same name for all players (useful when you do not yet know the names of the other players).

• The automatic opening for creating players has been disabled to avoid the creation of duplicates (especially in case of typographical errors).

• The options for pre-constituted games that allow groups of people used to playing together to register have been grouped under "CONSTITUTED". Just a reminder, the programming of these pre-constituted games is done in PLAYERS > CREATE OR MODIFY A PRE-CONSTITUTED GAME.

• It is still possible to neutralize a departure or the entire line. Multiple line blockages always go through Range Neutralization or multiple neutralization.

• Automatic email confirmations have been added to the cloud version. It is possible to disable these confirmations by reservation by clicking on the mail button located on the PLAYER NUMBER line.
