New Invitation System

There are now 3 different invitation systems:

1. Invitations updated annually at the discretion of management

This invitation model allows assigning a unique number of invitations to all members once a year with manual action from the golf club. These invitations are only valid from the golf club's reception and are not available on the web version. It is possible to manually adjust the number of invitations from each profile.

2. Invitations updated upon payment or setting up a payment plan

The second system allows for a variable number of invitations based on the type of member as soon as the client pays part of their membership fee or as soon as a payment plan is set up. These invitations are only valid from the golf club's reception and are not available on the web version. It is possible to manually adjust the number of invitations from each profile.

3. Book of Invitations

The third system is based on the operational principle of the second, with the allocation of one or more books of invitations upon the first payment of the membership fee or setting up a payment plan. This new system has several advantages, such as the ability to allocate several types of invitations (Green Fee, carts, lessons…) and they are mainly usable from the client's web interface.
