New Invitation System

There are now 3 different invitation systems:

1. Invitations updated annually at the discretion of management

This invitation model allows for a unique number of invitations to be assigned to all members once a year with a manual action from the golf club. These invitations are only valid from the golf club's reception and are not reflected on the web version. It is possible to manually modify the number of invitations from each profile.

2. Invitations updated upon payment or when setting up a payment plan

The second system allows for a variable number of invitations depending on the type of member as soon as the client pays part of their membership fee or as soon as a payment plan is set up for them. These invitations are only valid from the golf club's reception and are not reflected on the web version. It is possible to manually modify the number of invitations from each profile.

3. Voucher Invitations

The third system is based on the operation principle of the second one, with an allocation of one or several vouchers upon the first payment of the membership or when setting up a payment plan. This new system offers several advantages, such as the ability to assign several types of invitations (Green Fee, carts, lessons...) and they are especially usable from the client’s web interface.
